S.A.F.E. combines lived-experience wisdom, professional training, recovery knowledge, and community-based care.
We do not just refer people out and hope they make it. We help people stay connected, supported, and encouraged through the real process of rebuilding.
S.A.F.E. Recovery & Wellness LLC was founded on a simple belief: people heal best when they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. Our work blends lived-experience wisdom with professional training in recovery, trauma, and family support; so the people we serve are never walking the path alone.
S.A.F.E. was born from lived experience. I grew up in a home shaped by addiction and instability, and for parts of my childhood I was raised by others. I watched my mother survive domestic violence, and later walked that road myself, alongside women I loved. Everything changed when I became a mother: for my daughter, I found the courage to leave and to begin rebuilding.
That journey is why S.A.F.E. exists. I know what it takes to start over, and I know no one should have to do it alone. Today I’m pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW), pairing that training with hard-won lived experience to walk beside families, survivors, and people in recovery as they reclaim their futures.
