Recovery coaching, peer support, and life navigation for women and families ready for their next step.
Real support from someone who’s walked it. Practical, judgment-free, and built around your goals — not a program you have to fit into.
Whether you’re early in recovery, rebuilding after a hard season, parenting through it all, or just need someone in your corner who gets it — these sessions meet you where you are.
Every service below is non-clinical coaching and support — practical, goal-focused, and available in person or by secure video.
A weekly 60-minute coaching session, text check-ins between sessions, and a monthly progress review — one steady, flexible plan built around what you need most.

Sliding scale. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available — just ask during your consult. No one is turned away for inability to pay without a conversation first.
Receipts. A detailed receipt (superbill) is available on request if you’d like to submit to your own insurance.
Many families need support in more than one area at once. These bundles pair services that naturally go together — at a modest savings over booking separately.
One Mothers Circle session + one Family Stabilization session, every month.
Monthly Support Package (weekly sessions) + 2 Resource Navigation sessions.
Recovery Coaching + Family Stabilization + Resource Navigation — our most comprehensive monthly plan.
Bundles can be customized — ask during your free consult about combining any services to fit your family’s needs. Sliding scale still applies; cost should never be the reason you don’t reach out.
Not everyone can afford support at the moment they need it most. When you sponsor a session, you cover coaching for a woman or family who otherwise couldn’t — no strings, just a hand up.
Your gift supports S.A.F.E.’s sliding-scale coaching fund so cost never decides who gets help. S.A.F.E. is currently a for-profit organization, so gifts are not tax-deductible.
Gifts are processed securely off-site. Every dollar goes to the sliding-scale coaching fund.
We make sure it’s a good fit — no pressure, no commitment.

She built S.A.F.E. Recovery & Wellness to give women and families the kind of steady, dignified support she knows makes the difference.
“Rebuilding Futures. Restoring Families.”
No. Coaching and peer support are non-clinical — practical, goal-focused support. They aren’t therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical therapy is coming soon to S.A.F.E. through our incoming Clinical Director.
These are self-pay services. You’ll get a clear cost estimate up front, and a receipt you can submit to your own insurance if you choose.
Both — whichever works for you.
Ask about sliding-scale spots during your free consult. And if you’d like to help someone else, you can sponsor a session.
